Virgil Fludd is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive search, management consulting, and public service. Currently a Partner at Caldwell since December 2022, Virgil previously founded The Carvir Group in 1992, helping Fortune 1000 companies with executive recruiting. Notable roles include serving as a Trustee at Davidson College from January 2020 to December 2023, Assistant General Manager of External Affairs for MARTA from November 2018 to October 2021, and Senior Advisor at Dentons from November 2016 to November 2018. Additionally, Virgil's background includes serving as a State Representative for the State of Georgia from 2003 to November 2016 and holding key positions at Bank of America and Xerox. Virgil earned a BA in Economics from Davidson College between 1976 and 1980.
