Melissa Schofield is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project coordination and real estate. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator at Caldwell since May 2023, Melissa previously worked at Chatterson as an Operations Coordinator from September 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included determining project scope and managing resources efficiently. Melissa's background in real estate includes a significant tenure at Sotheby's International Realty Canada from June 2014 to June 2021 as a Realtor and Executive Assistant, where key tasks involved marketing development, property appraisal, and managing high-value transactions. Earlier experience includes serving as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at DHR International, where Melissa opened the first office in Western Canada and conducted research for global companies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and a degree in Structural and Interior Design from the University of Alberta.
