Henry Vara is an experienced Mechanical Designer with a strong background in designing specialized equipment across various industries. Since August 2012, Henry has been with The Caldwell Group, Inc., focusing on specialty lifting equipment using Solidworks and AutoCAD. Prior to this, Henry worked at Komax Systems Rockford from March 2008 to August 2012, where responsibilities included designing automated equipment. Earlier experience includes a tenure at KTI (formerly Keene Technology, Inc.) from January 1999 to March 2008, designing converting equipment for the paper, packaging, and label industries, and working at North-West Automation from January 1989 to January 1999, where Henry designed and built automated systems for the automotive and medical industries. Throughout the career, proficiency in Solidworks and AutoCAD has been consistently applied.
