Phyllis Watson, MSHRM, MSBE, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a People and Culture Business Partner at Caldic since April 2024. Previously, Watson held the position of Human Resources Manager at RM Lucas from February 2022 to March 2023, where significant improvements in hiring processes were implemented. Additional experience includes managing HR functions at Academic Approach and serving as a Human Resource Consultant at Addah Blue. Watson also worked as the Global Director of Human Resource at ITPeopleNetwork, where compliance with employment regulations was a key focus. Earlier roles include Human Resource Manager at The Avalon Group and HR Generalist. Watson holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Morris Graduate School of Management and a Master of Business Science in Business Entertainment from Full Sail University.
