Mathieu Gagnard has extensive experience in human resources and leadership positions. Mathieu most recently served as the Human Resources Director for EMEA at Calderys. Prior to that, they were the VP of Human Resources for EMEA at Kyriba from 2020 to 2022. Mathieu also held the role of Chief People Officer at Djezzy from 2017 to 2020 and Vice President of Human Resources for EMEA at Tarkett in 2017. Previously, Mathieu worked at Ingenico Group as the Managing Director for Healthcare & e-id, as well as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources. Mathieu also served as the HR Director for Hydro Europe at ALSTOM and the HR Director for DePuy France at Johnson & Johnson. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Apple Inc., SITA, and Equant.

Mathieu Gagnard completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services at ESSEC Business School from 1996 to 1997.
