Mark Whelan has extensive experience in management and quality assurance within the education and enterprise sectors. Since June 2009, Mark Whelan has served as Contracts Manager for the Sheffield City Region Skills Bank and also held the position of Quality Officer at Calderdale College. Prior to this role, Mark Whelan was the Regional Manager at Phoenix Enterprises from September 2006 to December 2008 and worked as a Quality Officer at Phoenix Enterprises in Rotherham from June 2002 to September 2006.
