Kathleen Jackson Shrekgast serves as Of Counsel and Chief Operating Officer at Calcagni & Kanefsky LLP since January 2018, where responsibilities include managing firm operations, promoting efficiency, and implementing policies on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, as Of Counsel and Director of Operations and Marketing, Kathleen collaborated with managing partners on firm leadership, developed management policy, and oversaw human resource compliance and marketing initiatives. Prior experience includes freelance legal marketing and editing, serving as Staff Attorney and Director of Externships at the Eastern Environmental Law Center, and holding roles at McDermott Will & Emery LLP, Ballard Spahr LLP, and the United States Attorney's Office. Kathleen earned a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor's degree double major in English and Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
