Samuel Yip ACSI is an experienced professional currently serving as Associate Director - Business Analyst for Transaction Services at Calastone since July 2016. In this role, Samuel conducts analysis, testing, and project coordination within the Agile delivery team, occasionally taking on responsibilities of Product Managers/Owners. Previously, Samuel held the position of Operations Manager - Application Support at Calastone, where responsibilities included monitoring live trading and onboarding new clients. Prior experience also includes roles at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China as a CCCI CS Officer, where customer service and risk investigation were primary tasks, as well as positions at ADT and PCCW focused on finance, administration, and customer service. Samuel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from City University of Hong Kong and participated in a student exchange program at École de technologie supérieure.
