Rich Koland serves as the Manager of Cloud Operations at Calabrio, Inc. since June 2021, and previously held various leadership roles, including Director of DevOps and Senior Manager of Software Engineering. With extensive experience in technology leadership across multiple sectors such as IoT, Biotech, and Healthcare, Rich focuses on delivering strategic solutions that enhance customer experience and business value. Prior experience includes significant roles at Constellation, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning and operational support for Microsoft systems, as well as managing development teams and budgets. Rich's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth and additional training in SharePoint.
