Jamie Thom is an experienced professional in the field of solution engineering and customer experience, currently serving as Senior Solution Engineering Manager at Calabrio, Inc. since January 2018, where Jamie leads the pre-sales team across Asia Pacific and established the India Delivery Centre pre-sales team. Previously, Jamie held various roles at Sabio APAC, including Service and Support Manager and Senior Solution Architect, and contributed significantly to customer engagement and solution design in the contact center sector. Jamie’s earlier experience includes positions at Verint, Sabio Ltd., Adtech Global Solutions, and Online Computer Developments, encompassing project management, technical support, and engineering roles. Jamie holds a degree from the University of Glasgow.
