Jim Brunt is a seasoned Land Director with extensive experience in the property development sector. Currently serving as Land Director for both CALA Chiltern and North Home Counties at Cala Group Limited since December 2018, Jim has previously held the position of Land Director at EcoWorld London for a brief period in 2018, and at Be Living Ltd from November 2012 to June 2018. Prior to these roles, Jim worked as Development Manager at Dandara from March 2007 to October 2012 and as Senior Land Manager at Taylor Wimpey plc from September 2002 to March 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Oxford and a Diploma in Surveying, Development Appraisal from the University College of Estate Management, complemented by A Levels and GCSEs from Aylesbury Grammar School.
