Hilary Fox currently serves as Associate General Counsel and Product Counsel at WhatsApp, where product, regulatory, and commercial advice supports business and personal messaging. Fox is also a member of the Board of Trustees for Cal Performances, engaging actively as Co-Chair of the Annual Fund Committee and contributing to various committees while supporting arts education programs. Previous experience includes roles as Contract Attorney at Arguedas, Cassman, Headley & Goldman, LLP, Assistant Federal Public Defender at the Office of the Federal Defender, Adjunct Professor at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, Associate Attorney at Rosen Bien Galvin & Grunfeld, and Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Myron H. Thompson. Hilary Fox holds a Doctor of Law from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Yale College.
