Gayan De Silva, CFA, is a highly experienced finance professional with a focus on asset management and internal audit. Since August 2017, Gayan has progressed through various roles at CAL, culminating in the position of Senior Vice President of Asset Management. Prior experience includes serving as a Wealth Associate at Beyond Wealth - Sri Lanka, where responsibilities encompassed financial planning and investment research, and as an Audit Executive at EY, specializing in internal audit processes and control evaluations. Gayan holds a CFA designation from the CFA Institute and has a background in management accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, along with foundational education from St. Peter’s College Colombo.
