Samir Samhan has over 15 years of experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Head of Derivatives Sales at CaixaBank since June 2008, where roles have included Head of CIB Derivatives & FX Distribution and Corporate Derivatives Director. Prior experience includes a position as Derivatives Sales Manager at Deutsche Bank from September 2006 to June 2008, and Corporate Derivatives and Structured Products Sales at Caixa Catalunya from June 2002 to September 2006. Educational qualifications encompass a General Management Program from IESE Business School, a Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Finance from Afi Escuela, and multiple postgraduate degrees in financial assessment and corporate banking. Samir holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Economics from Universidad de Zaragoza and has furthered studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
