Ana Rita Lourenço serves as the Marketing Director at Caixa Geral de Depósitos since August 2020, overseeing the “Multichannel Sales Factory” within the Marketing Department, which includes six specialized teams and twelve direct reports. Responsibilities encompass the management of the Individuals segment, development of marketing strategies, value propositions, pricing strategies, digital campaign orchestration, and commercial dynamization. Prior to this role, Ana Rita held prominent positions at NOVO BANCO from July 2003 to August 2020, including Head of Digital Marketing, where the focus was on enhancing digital engagement and integrating digital media into commercial activities, and Marketing Manager, managing traditional and evolving digital channel campaigns. Earlier experience includes roles at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Ana Rita holds several executive education degrees from AESE Business School and Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Applied to Economics and Management from ISEG.
