Bryan Spearman is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in operations and kitchen management. Currently serving as a Sous Chef at Caito Foods, LLC since December 2016, Bryan previously held positions as Operations Manager at Mavris Arts and Event Center and Chef at Michaels Soul Kitchen from July 2019 to July 2022. Additionally, Bryan worked as a Restaurant Supervisor at Giordano's - Famous Stuffed Pizza from January 2015 to December 2016. Bryan's educational foundation includes studies at Ivy Tech Community College from 2002 to 2004 and graduation from Pike High School in 2001.
