Michael Neuman is a seasoned professional in the real estate investment sector, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Transactions USA at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) since December 2024. Previously, Michael held multiple senior roles at Ivanhoé Cambridge from January 2014 to December 2024, including Head of Industrial and Residential for the US and Latin America, and Vice President of Investments in Europe. Michael's earlier experience includes a tenure as Senior Investment & Asset Manager at Unibail-Rodamco, where Michael managed a €1.5 billion asset portfolio, and positions as Non-Executive Director at easyHotel Plc. Michael’s foundational experiences include roles at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and GDF SUEZ. Michael holds a Master of Science in Management with a major in Economics from HEC Paris.
