Cynthia Simard, É.A. is an accomplished professional specializing in real estate financing and asset evaluation. Currently serving as an Analyste - Financement immobilier at Otera Capital since November 2021, Cynthia previously held the position of Conseillère en immobilier at Altus Group from January 2020 to November 2021. Prior experience includes a stint as a Stagiaire in asset evaluation at Ivanhoé Cambridge, alongside roles focused on residential and commercial property evaluations at GMA Consultants, and property management for multi-residential buildings from May 2012 to October 2017. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and real estate from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM), along with a diploma in sustainable building from Polytechnique Montréal and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Université Laval.
