Chirdeep Bagga is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in infrastructure finance. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Infrastructure for India at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) since June 2024, Chirdeep previously held roles at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) as Portfolio Manager in the Infrastructure Department and at CDPQ as Senior Director for Infrastructure Transactions. Prior experience includes positions at J.P. Morgan as Vice President for the Asian Infrastructure and Related Resources Fund, IDFC Alternatives as Associate Director for the India Infrastructure Fund, and Macquarie Capital as an Associate in the Investment Banking Division. Additional experience spans a consulting role at Strategic Decisions Group and a managerial position at The Times of India. Chirdeep holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, an International Exchange Program degree from Università Bocconi, a Bachelor's in Business Studies from Delhi University, and has completed an Executive Education program at London Business School, focusing on Private Equity.
