Thomas Lowry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical management and project oversight within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Manager at Cairn Homes plc since January 2021, Thomas is responsible for managing various technical aspects of construction projects. Prior to this role, Thomas spent several years at AECOM in positions including Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing design disciplines for landmark projects in the Middle East. Previous roles at Berkeley Group Plc and BuroHappold Engineering involved technical coordination and fire engineering management for significant developments. Thomas holds a BEng in Civil Engineering from University of Galway, an MSc in Structural & Fire Safety Engineering from The University of Edinburgh, and a certificate in Real Estate Economics and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
