Laurie Colson has extensive experience in microbiology and sterilization processes, currently serving as Chargee de Sterilisation at CAIR LGL since August 2018, focusing on validation and routine control of sterilization procedures. Prior to this role, Laurie worked as Chef de projet - Qualité Microbiologie at Groupe Lépine, where responsibilities included qualification and validation of special processes as well as quality support in biomaterials and packaging services. Laurie's career began at NAMSA, first as Assistant Directeur d'étude managing project development for protein dosage methods, and later as Medical Research Manager directing microbiology studies including protocol writing and validation processes. Additional experience includes a laboratory internship at the University of Guelph and a pharmacy externship at AP-HP - Hôpital Hotel-Dieu. Laurie holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from Paris Descartes University and a Master's degree in Microbiology from Université Paris Cité.
