Javier Aguilar Cifuentes is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and business law across multiple jurisdictions. As Senior Legal Counsel at Destinia, management of the legal department involved daily contract negotiations and legal defenses. Javier's foundational experience includes roles at Eversheds Sutherland Nicea, Bird & Bird, and Volvo Group, engaging in competition law, corporate law, and human resources initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Business Advisory Law from Udima and dual master's degrees in Law and Business from Universidad Carlos III and Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
