Nadya Nirmala is an experienced professional in organization development and human resources, currently working at PT Cahaya Jakarta since April 2023. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing job descriptions, conducting onboarding and training, supporting performance evaluations, and revising organizational structures to align with company goals. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Associate at GOERS, where candidate sourcing and interviewing were key tasks, and as a Human Resources Intern at PT NAP Info Lintas Nusa (Matrix), focusing on recruitment and onboarding processes. Additionally, Nadya served as a Human Resources Analyst at CV Lumbung Berkat Bersama (RestoGue), where HR issues were managed, and performance reports were created for management. Nadya holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Tarumanagara, completed in December 2022.
