Rob Allen is a seasoned multi-unit manager with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Since August 2006, Rob has overseen seven Dunkin Donuts locations in the Saco and Sanford Maine region for Cafua Management Company. Prior to this role, Rob was the manager at On the Border with Brinker International from July 2005 to July 2006 and co-owned The Landing Restaurant from May 2002 to July 2005. Rob also served as general manager for Weathervane Seafood Restaurants from June 1988 to April 2002. Rob holds a degree from the University of Maine.
