Shimla Ephreme CA, CPA (Aust), DISA is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in controlling and financial management. Currently serving as Head of Controlling at CAFU since December 2022, Ephreme previously held the position of VP- Controller at Sweetheart Kitchen and Manager of Financial Planning Analysis at Royal Catering Services L.L.C. Prior roles include Senior Manager at Tata Consultancy Services and Chief Manager- Credit at Kotak Mahindra Prime Limited. Ephreme began a career in finance as an Assistant Finance Manager in Audit & Consulting. Educational qualifications include CPA from CPA Australia, CA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and an Advanced Professional Certificate in International Taxation from IBFD, along with DISA from ICAI.
