Shahnawaz Sarwar currently serves as a Tech Partner at CAFU since October 2022 and is the founder of Krazzy Adventures since February 2021. Previously, Shahnawaz held the position of IT Program Manager (Scrum Master) at Rain from December 2021 to October 2022, overseeing a range of IT projects and enhancing agile practices within teams. Shahnawaz's career also includes significant roles at Emirates Group as a SharePoint Specialist and Change & Capability Specialist from April 2014 to December 2021, where mentorship and analytical support were provided to improve operational efficiency. Founding Shop at Paradise and working as an Associate Professional at DXC Technology showcased Shahnawaz's entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in service transformation. Shahnawaz holds an MBA in Analytics from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and a B.Tech. in Information Technology from Jamia Hamdard.
