Scott Baldwin has a diverse work experience in the coffee industry. Scott started their career as a Black Apron Barista at Starbucks in 2005. Scott then worked as a National Sales Manager at Cinnamon Bay Coffee Roasters, where they signed significant deals with Wild Oats Grocery Store and Specialty Coffee Co-op. In 2007, they became a Route Sales Rep at Farmer Brothers, responsible for delivering culinary products and providing product education to clients. Scott joined Caffe Vita Coffee Roasting Co. in 2008 as a Sales Account Manager and later transitioned into the role of Key Account Manager, where they achieved $3.5 million in new business and managed a team of four. Scott briefly worked as the Director of International Business Development at Slayer Espresso Machine Company in 2013 before returning to Caffe Vita as the Director of Wholesale. In their current position, starting from 2020, Scott serves as the Director of Sales at Caffe Vita Coffee Roasting Co. Overall, their work experience showcases strong sales and business development skills within the coffee industry.
Scott Baldwin attended Kentwood High School from 1998 to 2001. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a General AA degree at Highline College from 2001 to 2004.
