Nikkita Martino, CCUFC, has extensive experience in business development and client relations, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at CAFCU since November 2014, where previous positions included Senior Business Development Officer and Regional Business Development Officer. Prior to CAFCU, Nikkita held the role of Admissions Counselor at the Cosmetology and Spa Institute, focusing on lead follow-up and establishing relationships with prospective students. Nikkita also contributed to Digi Noggin, Inc. as Staff and Booking Manager, responsible for talent scouting and client relationship building. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Supervisor at Plato's Closet, managing daily operations and staff training. Nikkita holds an Associate degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Elgin Community College and a Certificate in Meeting and Event Planning from Harper College.
