Sebastian Boada Morales currently serves as Legal Coordinator for Project Finance and Financial Development at CAF - banco de desarrollo de América Latina y el Caribe, a position held since December 2022, and also acts as Principal Attorney for Private Sector Debt and Equity Investments. Previously, Sebastian worked at Baker McKenzie Colombia as a Senior Associate from October 2018 to December 2022, and held roles at the Superintendence of Companies as Codirector of Public Enforcement and Advisor to the Superintendent from February 2017 to December 2018. Additional experience includes serving as an Associate at Brigard & Urrutia (April 2015 - March 2017) and as a Junior Associate at Gómez-Pinzón Zuleta (November 2010 - May 2013). Sebastian's educational background comprises an Impactful Leadership Program at Harvard Law School (2024), a Master of Laws in Banking Law and Financial Regulation from The London School of Economics (2015), specialized courses and diplomas from the Bogota Chamber of Commerce, and a law degree from Universidad de Los Andes (2011), complemented by an International Baccalaureate from Anglo Colombian School (2006).
