Marlon Peña is a seasoned professional in the field of technology and systems architecture, currently serving as Principal Executive for Solutions and Technological Services at CAF - Banco de Desarrollo de América Latina since April 2021. In this role, Marlon is responsible for analyzing and designing migration architecture for Core Banking System implementation and maintaining integrations within an application's ecosystem. Prior to this, Marlon held various positions at Banesco Panama, including Architect Integration Leader and SOA Officer, where significant achievements included implementing an Enterprise Service Bus and developing over 100 operations integrated with Core Banking Systems. Earlier experience at Banesco and Bancaribe involved leading application architecture design for Core Banking Migration projects and implementing critical services.
