Additionally, they facilitated strategic planning and investment monitoring and coordinated a Continuous Improvement Program involving the participation of 1,000 employees.

Leonardo Leao has a Master's degree in Administration, which they obtained from Fundação Pedro Leopoldo between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they completed a post-Graduation in Controlling and Finance at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in 2003. Leonardo also holds a graduation degree in Economics from Centro Universitário Newton Paiva, which they completed between 1997 and 2002. In addition, they have obtained the CPA-20 ANBIMA certification from ANBIMA in September 2013.
