Mary Ann Dennis has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Teleservices at Caesars Entertainment Corporation since October 2013, where responsibilities include the strategic direction of three call centers for various reservations. Prior to this role, Mary Ann held positions as Vice President of Regional Teleservices for the Las Vegas region and Vice President of Hotel Operations at Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino. Early career roles included Director of Hotel Operations at Rio All Suite and Executive Manager of Grand Reservations at MGM Grand, where involvement included revenue management and operational oversight during the hotel's opening.
