Guillaume Vaillant has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and telecommunications, currently serving as the Responsible Service for IT Infrastructure at Caen la mer since January 2011, overseeing the governance and operational maintenance of IT systems. Previously, Guillaume held the position of Network and Telecom Manager within the same organization, leading a team of six professionals. Prior roles include R&D Media Applications Manager at Comverse/Netcentrex, where managerial duties included leading a team of engineers and overseeing outsourcing operations, as well as a similar position at NetCentrex. Guillaume began in the telecom field as an R&D Software Engineer, contributing to VoIP service development. Educational qualifications include a DESS in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Université de Caen Normandie, obtained between 1993 and 1999.
