Karol Sikora has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Karol started their career at Laboratorium EE as a web applications developer and eventually became a technical leader and software engineering consultant. Karol then worked at Currency One SA as a technical supporter, technical leader, software development team lead, and senior software engineer. Later, they joined PROFITROOM as a microservices architect. Karol also worked at Booksy Polska as a search architect, where they contributed to the company's agile transformation and migration to microservices architecture. Karol then moved on to Idego Group as a senior software architect and later at FLYR Labs as a staff software engineer. Karol also worked at IQVIA as a senior software engineer/technical lead, leading the development of an internal company product. Currently, they are working at Idego Group as a technical consultant and will soon be joining CAE as a principal application architect.

Karol Sikora obtained an Engineer's degree in Information Technology from Poznan University of Technology in 2012-2015. Prior to that, they also earned an Engineer's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from the same university during 2009-2011.
