Rhonda Fleischmann is an experienced operations and project management professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Operations and Project Manager Team Lead at Cadmium since August 2018, Rhonda has been instrumental in driving project success and operational efficiency. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager and Relationship Lead at Digital Innovation, where responsibilities encompassed program and product management, client relations, and implementation coordination. Earlier roles include IT Analyst at Spectrum K-12 School Solutions, where software solutions were developed for IT operations, and IT Manager at Upper Chesapeake MSO, overseeing software implementations and report generation. Rhonda holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from Loyola University Maryland.
