Brian Rider serves as the Human Resources Manager at Cadillac Products Packaging Company since June 2023. Previously, Brian held the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist at Amcor, where responsibilities included fostering a fair work environment for over 500 union workers and 70 salaried colleagues, streamlining hiring processes, and implementing digital tools such as Workday and Kronos Dimensions. Brian's career began at Bemis Company, where roles evolved from Extrusion Windmöller & Hölscher Operator to Extrusion Manufacturing Supervisor, focusing on continuous improvement, safety, and leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Brian holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development from Indiana State University.
