Heissel Mayorga, CHIA, currently serves as the People Support Manager at Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club since April 2022. Previously, Heissel held the position of HR Benefits & Compensation Administrator at Advanced Roofing from December 2020 to April 2022, following a tenure as Human Resources Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts from June 2014 to December 2020. Heissel is an alumnus of Florida International University, where studies were completed between 2015 and 2018.
