Ganesh Shinde is an experienced culinary professional with a comprehensive background in hospitality and food preparation. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited since August 2020 and Head Chef at Kohinoor Hotels India since February 2020, Shinde has previously held the position of kitchen executive at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts from January 2014 to February 2020 and Chef De Partie at Grand Sarovar Premiere, Mumbai from August 2009 to January 2013.
