Michael Lapper has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael began their career as a Foreign Language Teacher at Hatyairatprachasun School in 2010, where they taught English grammar and work education. Michael then moved on to work at Telefónica as an Assistant Store Manager, where they transformed the branch's sales performance and customer satisfaction. In 2012, they joined National Grid, starting as a Commercial Analyst in the Theft of Gas department before taking on roles such as Performance Analyst, Investor Relations Advisor, and Pricing & Shrinkage Specialist. During their time at National Grid, they also briefly worked as a Customer Account Manager. In 2016, Michael joined Cadent Gas Limited as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, providing support and advice on company activity. Michael then progressed to become the Performance & Assurance Manager, and currently holds the position of Head of Customer Experience.
