Jo Elleman has extensive experience in customer relations and operations within the energy sector, currently serving as Head of Customer Connections at Cadent Gas Limited since May 2017. Prior roles at Cadent Gas Limited include Head of Network Support - NW and Scheduling and Dispatch Manager. Jo's previous experience includes positions at National Grid from September 2013 to May 2017, where responsibilities encompassed Customer Centre Operations Manager and Customer Centre Performance Manager. Jo also served as Customer Operations Team Manager at National Grid Metering from September 2003 to September 2013 and began a career at Xoserve in January 1996 as Team Leader, concluding in September 2003.
