Paul DeGroot is an experienced operations and facility manager with a strong background in supply chain management and logistics. Currently serving as Facility Manager at Cadence Petroleum Group and Inventory Manager at 3G Distribution, Paul also has a history of consulting and leadership roles, including Site Operations Leader/Quality/EHS Manager at BLG Logistics, Inc., where Paul managed operations for multiple locations and supported automotive suppliers. Previous roles include Warehouse Manager at Carolina International Trucks, Inc. and JacMart Medical, as well as Operations Manager at Kenco Logistics Services. Paul’s early career was marked by significant military service in the United States Air Force, culminating in the role of Senior Operations Manager. Academically, Paul holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Education and Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University.
