Maaz Khurram has a diverse background in engineering, currently serving as a Design Engineer II specializing in SerDes at Cadence Design Systems. Previously, Maaz worked as a High-Speed Serdes Application Engineer at Rambus, where expertise in high-speed data interfaces was developed. Experience as a Hardware Design Engineering Intern at Garmin provided valuable hands-on exposure to hardware systems. Additionally, Maaz contributed as a Lifecycle Engineer at AltaLink, focusing on asset management and performance optimization. Early academic research experience was gained as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at the University of Calgary, where foundational engineering skills were cultivated.
