Beatrice Fu is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as Vice President of R&D at Cadence Design Systems since April 2013. Prior to this role, Beatrice held the position of Senior VP of Engineering at Tensilica, Inc. from June 1998 to April 2013 and served as Director of Microcomputer Software Labs at Intel from June 1981 to June 1998. Beatrice holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Caltech and a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
