Jacob Ross has worked in the healthcare industry since 2009. Jacob began their career at Children's Home Society of West Virginia as a Shift Supervisor and Youth Care Worker from 2009 to 2012. Jacob then became a Foster Care Supervisor, Permanency Social Worker, and Foster Care Case Manager at the same organization until 2015. In 2015, Jacob became the Executive Director at Alliance for Children, Inc. Jacob then joined CAMC in 2016 as a Medical Social Worker, where they were responsible for hospital case management, discharge planning, and intervention counseling. From 2016 to 2019, Jacob worked at HITTLE HOUSE LLC as a Program Director and Program Clinician. In 2019, they began working as a Manager of Clinical Design & Operations and Manager of Care Delivery at Mindstrong. Currently, Jacob is the Director of Care Delivery Expansion at Cadence, a position they have held since 2022.
Jacob Ross obtained their Bachelor's in Social Work from Marshall University from 2008 to 2012. Jacob then went on to receive their Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) from Concord University from 2014 to 2015. Jacob also attended Westerville North, although no degree was obtained. In June 2020, they obtained their Licensed Independent Social Worker certification from the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, & Marriage and Family Therapist Board.
