Christina Gardella has worked in a variety of roles since 1998. Christina began their career as a Freelance Graphic Artist at Americard Thermographers in 1998. In 2003, they worked as a Consultant at Omega Capital. From 2004 to 2013, they held various roles at ANDRUS, including Quality Assurance and Compliance and Assistant to the Director of Campus Programs. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as Compliance Manager at PAX - Program of Academic Exchange. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Hudson Valley Community Services as Director of Compliance, Quality and Data Management and Compliance Officer/CQI Manager. Most recently, they worked as Vice President of Program Compliance, Quality and Data Management at Cornerstone Family Healthcare from 2021 to 2022.

Christina Gardella began their educational journey in 2005 when they attended SUNY Westchester Community College, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities in 2009. Christina then attended Pace University - Lubin School of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration, Human Resources in 2012. In 2019, they attended Fordham University School of Law, where they earned a Masters of Studies in Compliance Law in 2020. In addition to their formal education, Christina obtained a certification in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention from Cornell University in April 2011.
