Melissa McDonald has over 19 years of experience in the banking and credit union industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Branch Operations Manager at Cadence Bank since September 2020, Melissa previously held the position of Branch Experience Manager at Avadian Credit Union from September 2018 to September 2020. Earlier in their career, Melissa worked at Cadence Bank as an Assistant Vice President and Assistant Branch Manager from March 2004 to September 2018.
