Hank Holmes is a seasoned banking executive with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Chief Banking Officer and President at Cadence Bank since March 2011, Holmes plays a pivotal role in the bank's merger and acquisition activities, regulatory relationships, and business development efforts, overseeing nearly $3 billion in loan activity across various lending groups. Previously, as Executive Vice President at Amegy Bank of Texas from September 1993 to February 2011, Holmes successfully closed over $750 million in loans and significantly grew the private banking department. Holmes holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Finance from the University of Mississippi.
