Shannon Bullard-Henderson currently serves as a Human Resources Administrator at Caddo Parish School District since July 2020 while also holding a position as an educator with the Caddo Parish School Board since August 2008. Prior to these roles, Shannon worked as an educator at Aldine Independent School District from August 2001 to May 2008. Educational credentials include a Master of Education in Principal and Supervision Administration from Prairie View A&M University (2006-2008) and a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Health Service Management from Grambling State University (1998-2000).
