Jason Carnes is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Vice President - Commercial at Caddell Construction since November 2020. Prior to this role, Jason held positions including Senior Market Leader/Director of Construction at Clear Constructors, LLC, where employment lasted from June 2018 to November 2020, and Co-Owner of Clear Constructors, LLC. From June 2015 to June 2018, Jason managed the Commercial Division at Urban Partners Construction LLC. Jason began a lengthy tenure at Elkins Constructors, Inc, serving as Senior Project Manager from January 1996 to June 2015. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of North Florida, obtained between 1994 and 1998, and also attended Towson University in 1993-1994.
