Jorn Geraets is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and IT management. Currently serving as Program/Project Manager for Digital Transformation at Vekoma Rides since February 2023, Jorn focuses on aligning programs and projects with business plans while identifying change management and business opportunities. Previously, as Head of IT at Wickey, Jorn implemented an IT policy and optimized processes for agile software development and IT project management. With a strong background as Operations Manager at Square IS, responsibilities included daily operations management and quality assurance for ISO certifications. Early career experience as an Information Technology Consultant, Project Manager, and Team Manager at Accenture involved working with major clients like ASML, focusing on IT tool optimization and process improvements. Jorn holds a Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Business Informatics from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven and has foundational studies in Business Informatics from Zuyd Hogeschool.
